A 4,000 square foot full service restaurant located in the Shops at Town Center in Germantown, Maryland. The restaurant is equipped with an energy management kitchen exhaust system that reduces overall energy costs through exhaust fan speed modulation. A 1,250 gallon outdoor grease interceptor was installed to accommodate the kitchen sanitary system. The plumbing design included gas and water connections to a high efficiency water heater, a high temperature dishwasher, a cooking range, and various other kitchen equipment. The electrical service was upgraded with an 800amp switchboard and 300KVa transformer. Dimmable lighting was installed throughout the interior dining area while the outdoor patios where provided with string and awning lighting.
